Jay Chaudhry - Co-founder, Chairman of the Board Jay brings 19 years of sales, marketing and engineering experience and has founded several companies, most recently eLaunchpad as Chairman and CoreHarbor, as Chairman and CEO. Jay is also chairman and co-founder of Air2Web, which enables businesses to extend their Internet services to hand-held wireless devices such as cell phones. Jay is also the founding president of the Atlanta chapter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur). Jay also founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SecureIT - an Internet security services company. SecureIT was later sold to VeriSign - a public company and leading provider of Internet trust services - for $70 million in VeriSign stock. Prior to that, Jay served in VP and Marketing Management roles with VeriSign, Unisys, IQ Software, NCR and IBM. Jay holds a Masters in Computer Engineering, Masters in Industrial Engineering, and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. He has attended executive management programs at Harvard Business School, Wharton Business School and IBM.
Palaniswamy "Raj" Rajan - Co-founder, President & CEO Palaniswamy Rajan, known to everyone as "Raj", is Co-founder, president and CEO. A serial entrepreneur, Raj is involved every day with eLaunchpad Portfolio Companies. Raj is co-founder of VerticalOne, a content personalization service, sold to S1, an Internet financial services company, for $166 million in S1 stock. He founded and served as Chairman of ResourcIS, a firm providing IT personnel to technology start-ups, and Emerald Systems, a technology consulting firm specializing in object oriented programming. Raj is the co-founder of the Atlanta High Tech CEO Council and TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), a national organization mentoring to entrepreneurs. Raj is also a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce "Industries of the Mind" Steering Committee. Raj is the co-founder of the Atlanta CEO High Tech Council and TiE, The IndUS Entrepreneurs, a national organization mentoring to entrepreneurs. Raj holds a BS in Computer Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology.
