Asheem Chandna - General Partner, Greylock Partners

Responsible at an executive-level for leading Check Point's product/business strategy, product management and industry partner alliances. Asheem also manages Check Point's OPSEC Alliance, which was recently nominated as the best partnering alliance across the entire software industry (Software Business magazine).

In addition to founding, growing and leading the business development and product management teams, he also managed and led marketing for Check Point . Asheem also initiated and managed the R&D team that built and launched Check Point's FloodGate-1 bandwidth management product line.

Prior to joining Check Point, Asheem was Vice-President of Marketing with CoroNet Systems. After Compuware acquired CoroNet, Asheem led product management and marketing for the EcoNet product lines at Compuware. Previously, Asheem held senior marketing and product management roles with SynOptics/Bay Networks and product planning roles with AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Asheem holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Asheem is an active industry speaker and has chaired and spoken at over 100 industry panel events including Networld+InterOp, ComNet and Internet World. Asheem also holds external roles on the company advisory boards of several venture-funded private companies.

Purnendu Chatterjee - Founder & Chairman, The Chatterjee Group

Purnendu heads up The Chatterjee Group (TCG), making long-term strategic investments in public and private companies with primary focus in telecommunications and information technology industries. Recently, Dr. Chatterjee has launched an effort to establish a Global Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) in India. This initiative has received strong support from the Indian Government and Prime Minister and, to date, over $500 million has been committed for the Institute.

From a research associate at the Stanford Research Institute to principal with McKinsey & Company, he has led major strategy and organization assignments for chief executive officers of large industrial companies in the United States, Europe and Japan including electronics, information technology, chemicals and manufacturing industries. Since 1986, he has made strategic investments with the internationally renowned investor George Soros. Dr. Chatterjee's success in investing stems from his unique background that combines expertise in technology, management consulting and international investing.

Dr. Chatterjee graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1971 and got an MSc and PhD degrees in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1974. From 1974 to 1976,

Ravi Ganesan - Vice Chairman, CheckFree Corporation

As Vice Chairman, Mr. Ganesan serves as the company's spokesperson on technology and manages technology strategy from a corporate level. CheckFree Corporation (www.checkfree.com), is the leading provider of financial electronic commerce services and products. Founded as an electronic payments processor in 1981, CheckFree launched the first fully integrated electronic billing and payment solution, CheckFree E-Billsm, in March of 1997.

Prior to joining CheckFree, until 1996, Mr. Ganesan served as Vice President-Distributed Operations & Information Technology where he managed the operations of all of Bell Atlantic's distributed computing infrastructure. He had previous served as Senior Manager of Bell Atlantic's Electronic Commerce Operations and later founded Bell Atlantic's Internet Services Center of Excellence.

Mr. Ganesan graduated from Anna University in Madras, India with a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, received a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and received his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Johns Hopkins University.

Brad Hammond - President, Founder of Yahoo! Net RoadShow

Brad began his career in the technology industry in Silicon Valley before moving to investment banking-first with Morgan Stanley and then to Robinson-Humphrey, part of Solomon Smith Barney. Hammond was the Founder and President of Net RoadShow. Acquired by Yahoo! in 1999, NetRoadshow was originally acquired by Broadcast.com for $50 million in broadcast.com stock. Yahoo! Net RoadShow is the premier provider of streaming media, including road shows to the investment banking community. Brad sits on several Advisory Boards including those for eLaunchpad and Air2Web.

Ravi Kalakota, Ph.D - CEO, e-Business Strategies

Ravi serves as Chief Executive Officer of e-Business Strategies. Previously, Ravi founded and managed hsupply.com, a leading e-services company, re-engineering procurement for the hospitality industry. Kalakota is a pioneer and thought leader in the area of e-commerce. He is the author of four books, including the first ever written on e-commerce, Frontiers of e-Commerce. His newest book, e-Business: Roadmap for Success, is the first book written on the emerging area of e-business and is a best-seller on Amazon.com. He is a popular lecturer and conference speaker and has written numerous research articles.

Ravi served as the Georgia Research Alliance Chair Professor of Electronic Commerce and Director of the Center for Digital Commerce at Georgia State University in Atlanta. He also previously held the Xerox Chair in Information Systems at the Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester and has taught at the University of Texas. He has also served as a consultant for such companies as SAP, AT&T, IBM, Sun, PeopleSoft and Microsoft.

Kalakota received a doctorate degree in Information Systems/e-Commerce at the University of Texas/Austin. He received a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, India.

Stiles A. Kellett - Chairman of Kellett Investment Corporation

Mr. Kellett serves on the Board of Directors of Air2Web, Netzee, Inc., Petra Capital LLC, VirtualBank , and WorldCom, Inc. Mr. Kellett founded Advantage Company, a Nashville-based telecommunications company, which merged with WorldCom in 1989. Mr. Kellett holds a BBA from University of Georgia.

Chris Klaus - Chief Technology Officer, Internet Security Systems

In 1992, ISS founder and CTO Christopher Klaus invented a revolutionary technology that could actively identify and recommend corrective actions to network security problems. Two years later, the then 21-year-old teamed with software veteran Thomas E. Noonan (now CEO) to form Internet Security Systems and launched the company's first product, Internet Scannerª.

Since then, ISS has focused on sophisticated Internet security solutions and has developed an entire portfolio of software and services. The Atlanta-based company is publicly traded on NASDAQ under the symbol ISSX. After a successful initial public offering in March 1998, the company has continued to develop new and innovative solutions in network security management software for security assessment and intrusion detection.

The company now has more than 1,000 employees located in more than 17 countries. In 1999, ISS was named a "Top 50 Most Dynamic Company" by Forbes magazine and a "Top 50 Public Company" by Red Herring magazine. Benn Konsynski - George S. Craft Professor of Business Administration for Decision & Information Analysis, Goizueta Business School at Emory University

Benn arrived at the Goizueta Business School in 1993 following faculty positions with the Harvard Business School and the University of Arizona, where he was co-founder of the university's multi-million dollar group decision support laboratory.

Professor Konsynski specializes in issues of inter-organizational systems, digital commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI), channel systems, electronic integration, information partnerships, and the electronic marketplace.

Benn is the author of "Information Systems and Decision Processes" and co-author of "Introduction to Computers." He has published in such diverse journals as Communications of the ACM, Harvard Business Review, IEEE Transactions on Communications, Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Journal of MIS, Data Communications, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, Information Systems, and IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering. He has served as a consultant on management and technology issues with many organizations including UPS, IBM, AT&T, Northern Trust, Texas Instruments, U.S. Army, Bestfoods, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, MicroAge, Ernst and Young, Bank of Montreal, Plasti-line, J.C. Penney, Aetna Insurance Company, TESSCO, and Dillard's Department Stores. He also serves on boards of directors and senior management advisor positions.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Sanjoy Malik - CEO CEO & President, Air2Web

Sanjoy Malik has more than 16 years of experience in the software development industry. Before founding Air2Web, he started Synchrologic, Inc.Đa leading developer of Internet-based mobile computing software. As founder and President, he was responsible for raising venture capital, hiring a successful management team and establishing partnerships with key industry leaders. Prior to founding Synchrologic, Malik served as Director of Development and Program Management at Sales Technologies and held several engineering positions at Integraph. Malik earned a dual master's degree in Computer Sciences and Engineering from University of Florida, as well as, a B.S. in Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Tom Noonan - Chairman & CEO, Internet Security Systems

Responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of the company, Noonan and Chris Klaus launched ISS in early 1995 to commercialize and develop ISS into the premier network security management company. Under his leadership the company has raised over $200 million of venture and public financing, and has grown to over 1,000 employees today, operating in 18 countries and $117 million dollars in revenue in 1999. The company is publicly traded on the NASDAQ:ISSX and is one of the most widely recognized and valued network security companies in the world.

Noonan's 18-year includes senior management positions at Dun and Bradstreet Software including Vice President, Worldwide Operations Marketing. Prior to D&B Software, Noonan specialized in the development and deployment of advanced, automatic control systems for computer integrated manufacturing. He founded two successful technology start-ups in Boston -- Actuation Electronics and Leapfrog Technologies.

With a mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech and a business degree from Harvard University, Mr. Noonan is also a member of the Technology Executive Roundtable, Industries of the Mind Steering Committee, GT College of Computing Advisory Board, Carter Center Board of Counselors and the Young Presidents Organization. He serves on the boards of Manhattan Associates and Knowledgestorm.

Deepak Raghavan - Chief Technology Officer, Manhattan Associates

Since 1990, Deepak Raghavan has been the Co-founder and CTO of Manhattan Associates. MA is publicly traded on Nasdaq (MANH) and has a current market cap of over $1.2B. 1999 revenues were $81.3M. Over 600 employees and over 450 customers. Deepak's role in building the company was to focus on the products, technology and development. His current role is now more strategically focused, defining the company's future direction. Previously Deepak worked at Infosys Technologies as the Sr. Software Engineer.

Jagdish Sheth, Ph.D. - Professor, Goizueta Business School at Emory University
Founder of the Center for Relationship Marketing (CRM) at Emory University, Dr. Sheth was the Robert E. Brooker Professor of Marketing at the University of Southern California and the founder of the Center for Telecommunications Management (CTM); the Walter H. Stellner Distinguished Professor of Marketing at the University of Illinois, and on the faculty of Columbia University and MIT.

Professor Sheth has worked for numerous industries and companies worldwide, both as an Advisor and as a Seminar Leader. His clients include AT&T, Bellsouth, Comstream, Cox Communications, Ford, Motorola, Nortel, Sprint, 3M and Whirlpool.

Professor Sheth is a Distinguished Fellow of the Academy of Marketing Science and the International Engineering Consortium, a Fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA) and Past President of the Association for Consumer Research . He is the winner of the Outstanding Marketing Educator award by the Academy of Marketing Science, the Outstanding Educator Award by the Sales and Marketing Executives International and the P.D. Converse Award for contributions to theory in marketing by the American Marketing Association.

He is on the editorial boards of a dozen scholarly journals in marketing, international business and quantitative methods, as well as Series Editor of Research in Marketing.

Ashok Trivedi - President & Co-Founder, iGATE Capital

Mr. Trivedi is president of iGATE Capital and co-founder of Mastech Corporation. iGATE Capital (NASDAQ: IGTE) creates, acquires and builds leading eServices companies in existing and emerging segments within the market, providing enterprise Web integration, network consulting, Customer Care and Internet Trading Solutions, wireless application service provider solutions, Web-based Business Process Outsourcing, Web-focused offshore services and eVendor Management to clients around the world. Prior to co-founding Mastech Systems Corporation, Mr. Trivedi was a Product Manager at Unisys Corporation, where he worked for 12 years.
