our resources towards those items that get us closer to revenues.

While
we are working fast, we make sure we are working respectfully. Accelerated
timeframes can sometimes build tension. Keeping this tension channeled
towards the finish line instead of towards each other does wonders for
self esteem.
Practice
Stewardship:
Be
accountable, as if you were the only one that is making sure to get it
done. We encourage an entrepreneurial spirit. It builds accountability
and a passion for the work.
Do
It Right:
Since
we hire the best people and use best practices, we can make a beeline
to the most efficient and effective methods, tactics and features. As
an accelerator, we don't have time to undo what's been done.

It Now:
There
is no time like the present. Handling questions and challenges now helps
to keep projects moving through the accelerator, and can often save time
and money later.

Politics Allowed:
Since
we are all working towards common "to-market" time goals and
specific financial targets, we don't have time for power struggles.
